General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all services provided on the bd gemar platform. By accessing this service, opening an account, or playing any game, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

Definitions and Terminology

The meanings of key terms used in these Terms are given below:

"Platform" refers to bd gemar's website, mobile app, and all associated digital channels.
"User" or "Member" refers to any person registered on the bd gemar platform.
"Account" refers to a user's personal gaming account, through which deposits, withdrawals, and games are managed.
"Balance" refers to the total amount available in a user's account, which may include both cash funds and bonuses.
"Wagering Requirement" refers to the condition of placing a specified amount in bets before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
"Net Loss" refers to what remains after subtracting total winnings from total losing bets over a given period.

Account Registration and Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

bd gemar's services are for persons aged 21 or above only. Any attempt by a minor to open an account is strictly prohibited. bd gemar may request a national ID card or passport at any time to verify age.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may open only one account. If the same person holds multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and the accumulated balance may be forfeited. The same mobile number, bank account, or device may not be used across multiple accounts.

3.3 Accuracy of Information

It is the user's responsibility to ensure that all information provided at registration is accurate, complete, and kept up to date. Providing false or incomplete information may result in immediate account closure.

3.4 Account Security

The user is fully responsible for the security of their account. Passwords must not be shared with anyone. If there is any concern about unauthorised access to the account, the support team must be notified immediately.

3.5 Verification Process

After registration, bd gemar may request documents to verify the user's identity, address, and payment method. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Methods

bd gemar currently accepts bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other scheduled banks) for deposits. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer can be used for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Funds are generally sent within 1 hour of a withdrawal request.

4.3 Deposit and Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals should be made using the same method used for the deposit.
Only payment methods registered in the account holder's name may be used — deposits or withdrawals via third-party accounts are not permitted.
If a transaction is suspected to be suspicious or fraudulent, bd gemar may temporarily hold the withdrawal for verification.
Only cash balance may be withdrawn before the wagering requirement for a bonus has been met.

4.4 Currency

bd gemar accepts only Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Transactions in cryptocurrency or foreign currency are not accepted.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500, and the wagering requirement is ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000.

5.2 Other Promotions

bd gemar offers the following promotional offers:

bd gemar Weekly Reload Reward: 30% of deposit, up to ৳5,000, 15x wagering, minimum deposit ৳200, once per week.
bd gemar Slot Festival Bonus: 50% of deposit on slot games, up to ৳8,000, 20x wagering, once per month.
Cricket Season Deposit Bonus: 40% of deposit, up to ৳6,000, 18x wagering, weekly during cricket events.
Birthday Special Gift: Up to ৳2,000, 10x wagering, once during the birthday month for verified accounts.
Refer a Friend Premium Offer: Up to ৳3,000, 12x wagering, applied automatically after the referred friend's first deposit.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

A bonus is not free money — it can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been met.
Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless bd gemar explicitly permits it.
If a bonus is misused, manipulated, or an attempt is made to exploit the system, the bonus may be cancelled and the account closed.
bd gemar reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion.

Gaming Rules

6.1 Valid Bets and Results

The outcome of all games is determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) or through a direct live process. No game result is predetermined. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game is left incomplete due to a technical fault or disconnection, bd gemar will make a decision based on an investigation. Winnings obtained as a result of an obvious software error will not be considered valid.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

Playing games using bots or automated software is strictly prohibited.
Using another person's account to play games or place bets is not permitted.
Taking advantage of bonuses through multiple accounts is prohibited.
Gaining an unfair advantage through collusion within games is prohibited.

6.4 Sports Betting

Account Suspension and Closure Policy

7.1 Closure at User's Request

Any member who wishes to voluntarily close their account may contact the support team via live chat or email. If there are pending withdrawals at the time of closure, they will be processed first, after which the account will be deactivated.

7.2 Suspension by bd gemar

bd gemar reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

A clear breach of these Terms.
Providing false or fraudulent identity.
Evidence of creating multiple accounts or bonus fraud.
Suspicious activity related to money laundering.
Abusive behaviour towards other users or staff.
Evidence that the account holder is under 21 years of age.

If any part of these terms and conditions is deemed legally invalid for any reason, the remaining parts will continue to be fully in effect.

12.2 Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, the privacy policy, and the responsible gaming policy together form the complete agreement between bd gemar and the user. No verbal or unwritten promises beyond these are binding.
